On the product page you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipment. We begin processing your order as soon as we receive the payment. In the case of a traditional bank transfer, the processing time is extended by the time needed for the payment to be booked.

Order processing time may be longer during promotional campaigns.

Once your entire order has been prepared, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. The delivery time depends on the selected carrier, the type of shipment, and the recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you have chosen delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker, the parcel will be available at the selected pickup point within a few business days (usually up to 5) from the moment it is dispatched. A shipping confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
