At Safe Dogs Ears, we care about the full satisfaction of our customers. If the product did not meet your expectations or turned out to be defective – you can easily submit a return request or a complaint. Below you will find the necessary information.
Right of withdrawal (return)
In accordance with consumer rights regulations, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
