Terms and Conditions of the Safe Dogs Ears Online Store
1. General provisions

The online store Safe Dogs Ears, available at https://www.dogsearmuffs.com, is operated by Safe Dogs Ears Sp. z o.o.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Definitions

Store – the online store operated by the Seller at https://www.dogsearmuffs.com

Seller – Safe Dogs Ears Sp. z o.o.

Buyer / Customer – any individual, legal person or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.

Consumer – an individual purchasing goods not directly related to their business or professional activity; this also includes an entrepreneur with consumer rights.

Product / Goods – movable items offered in the Store, in particular Safe Dogs Ears dog ear muffs, and—if applicable—digital content or digital services.

Order – the Buyer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales contract using the Store’s functionalities.
3. Conditions of using the store

To make a purchase, the Customer must have a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

The Customer is obliged to provide truthful data in the order form.

The Customer must not provide unlawful content.
4. Placing orders

Orders may be placed 24/7 through the Store’s website.

To place an order, the Buyer:

selects Product(s) and adds them to the cart,
-
fills out the order form,
-
chooses the delivery and payment method,
-
confirms the order and makes payment (if required in advance).

After placing the order, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted.
5. Prices and payments

All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

Prices do not include delivery costs, which are shown separately during checkout.

The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods:

traditional bank transfer,

payment card (Visa, Mastercard),
-
online payments (e.g., BLIK, Przelewy24, PayU, PayPal),

cash on delivery (if available).

If the Customer chooses bank transfer, online payment, or card payment, order processing begins once the Seller’s account is credited.

Online payment processing is provided by Autopay S.A.
6. Delivery
-
Deliveries are made within Poland and—if agreed individually—for selected EU countries.

Orders are dispatched within up to 2 business days from the time the payment is credited.
-
Delivery costs are displayed during the order process.
-
Deliveries are carried out by courier companies or parcel locker services.
7. Withdrawal from the contract (Return)
-
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from receiving the Product, without providing a reason.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of approving the return request. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless a different method is agreed upon.
8. Warranty, conformity of goods and complaints
-
Conformity with the contract. The Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years. For digital content or services, the Seller is responsible throughout the delivery period, or for one-off deliveries—within 2 years.

Buyer’s rights. In the event of non-conformity, the Consumer may request repair or replacement, or—if these are impossible or excessively burdensome—request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

Warranty. Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty if provided. Warranty rights are independent of statutory rights.
Please include: full name, order number, contact details, description of the defect and your complaint request. -
Deadline. A complaint regarding non-conformity may be submitted within 2 years of delivery.

Processing time. The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days. Lack of response means the complaint is accepted.

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will repair or replace the product, or—if impossible—reduce the price or refund the payment.
9. Personal data protection (GDPR)

The controller of personal data is Safe Dogs Ears Sp. z o.o.
-
Personal data is processed for order fulfilment, customer account management (if applicable), customer contact, and marketing activities (if consent is given).

Data may be transferred to processing entities acting on behalf of the Seller (e.g., IT or logistics providers).

The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object, and lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

10. Final provisions

The Terms and Conditions become effective upon publication on the Store’s website.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that changes do not affect orders already placed.

Any matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law, including:

Civil Code,

Consumer Rights Act,

Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
